Add good reading books and your favorite history to create a homeschool curriculum with these ideas:
Divide the number of pages in each book by the number of days you have available. This will tell you how many pages per day are needed for that particular text.
For instance, if there are 120 hours between now and when students need their next lesson plan; Divide the 120-page count (or 400 or more) by 20 which equals 6 so turn to chapter six! Or divide 80 pages into 40 chapters for 200 points then pick up at point 60 out of those 200 total).
So far I’ve taught my kids this method as well as assigning quizzes throughout our reading assignment but it’s just one-way schools could teach too.
Find challenging problems, too! Expand your knowledge and grow with these math worksheets.
Teachers and parents will be able to find a wide variety of math worksheets on this website. There are more than 130 different topics in which you can practice your skills, such as arithmetic, operations, geometry, algebra measurements, fractions, money patterns & statistics just to name a few!
There are many advantages of using printable activities to supplement your student’s education. They can help teach core concepts while giving them the practice they need to build solid skills, all for free!
Printables provide a great way for children who get bored easily or struggle with attention span issues (like ADHD) to stay focused on their work without becoming restless.
This will also allow you as an educator to cover more material in less time due to shorter periods between reviewing lessons together during class time.
